We do right by humans and the planet.
The Foundation was established in 2019 in the Free State Province. We operates as an NPC and has a registration number 2023/6088925/08.
For certain reasons it could not take off the ground but it somehow assisted small initiatives where it could, especially where no funding was needed, until 2023 when a decision was taken that it needed to expand to fulfil its mandate as stated in their founding document.

The Sefora Ntombela Foundation is committed to advancing social development and paving the way for brighter futures. We stand for the values of integrity, compassion, and empowerment. Our focus on education and community support means that we are here to provide the tools and resources necessary for individuals to overcome obstacles and pursue their dreams.

Women development.
Which include issues like HIV and AIDS; genderbased Violence and Femicide; children issues; empowerment community project; giving out food parcels and blankets; and other initiatives as presented by communities

Youth development
which includes, capacity building through skills training, information sessions, linking them with partners involved in youth development issues.

People with Disabilities
which involve but not limited to, empowerment programmes, training sessions for their rights and responsibilities.
WHERE ARE WE GOING?
• As mentioned in the previous slide, once the staff establishment is
complete, we intend getting staff permanently placed in all our
satellite offices and being available at all times.
• This is because of the high rate of women and children abuse in the
province.
• The numbers are increasing every year instead of going down.
